In an effort to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business, Urban Argyle has recently attempted to enhance the customer experience by switching over to a new server system this past month. The goal in doing so was to provide a more seamless navigating and order fulfillment process.
During this learning period of transition, we’ve recognized that sometimes the “newest” technology is not always the “best” technology. This has resulted in a less than perfect response time on service and orders. For that, we sincerely apologize.
We have now transitioned back to our original system. Unfortunately, during this process there has been some data loss that we are trying to gather which includes some order and shipping information. We appreciate every order and are constantly humbled by the outpouring of support we receive. We do not take it lightly.
